Sisters Hannah and Sarah Hollingsworth married brothers William and John Dixon, sons of Ann Gregg and William Dixon (Dickson). A brother of Hannah and Sarah, Joseph, married Martha Houghton--daughter of Ann Gregg and her second husband John Houghton.

A daughter of Ann Gregg's nephew John (1716-1788), Rebecca Gregg (1758-1822), married Francis Seaton. Rebecca's daughter Elizabeth (1797-1833) married John A. Cochran (Earl L. Darrah's ancestor on his mother's side). John's mother, Mehitable "Hitty" Fuller (1767-1843) is in a family tree that has links to most of the royal houses of Europe through the Bowens, Griffiths, Stradlings, and Beauforts.
