I am a descendent of ANDRESS/RIKARD/KIMBERL/SMITH families of Monroe County, Alabama on my mother's side and of BANCROFT/MEYER(s) familes of Springfield, Ohio on my father's side. Watch this site for changes and additions as more information is uncovered. I have been able to trace the Bancrofts back to England as early as the 1500's and the Andress family as well. I am not yet sure about the Rikard family. Some information points to England and other information points to Germany. My Meyer family line comes from Hannover, Germany. |
