Abel lived on the West side of Ashton Road opposite the entrance to Hancock Road. This house later belonged to his daughter Sarah Wilkinson Devine. Delbert Kress and family lived here in the 40's and Harry A. Kress and family lived here in the 50's. The house burned in the 90's and the property is no longer in the family.
