Rupe with them in the 1860 Floyd Co. census.(This is most likely Jame s A. Roop
Jr.b.1849,(Rin#5030) the son of James & Elizabeth Rupe who was Elizab eth Rupe's

She is listed in the final settlement of her father Henry's will, als o there
was Elizabeth Compton listed in the final settlement. It was said sh e married
James Compton, but no record of any of the marriages have been foun d at this
time. Elizabeth Akers received $77.59 on 9-Mar-1849. Elizabeth Co mpton
received $14.48 on 12-Apr-1847. No positive identified children at t his time.
