I am tracing the link between the Bells of Yorkshire and the Wilkinsons of Yorkshire to the Brights of Sheffield in Yorkshire.
I believe from family lore that a Elizabeth Bright married a Nathanial Wilkinson in the late 1600's. I have traced the Bells who married into the Wilkinsons back to the 1600's. Somewhere along the line, Nathanial Wilkinson married his cousin Elizabeth Bright who was the descendent of John Bright, a Parliamentarian in England during the 1600's. I know that later a Bright descendent married the Duke of Athol, Lord Murray. But I am am having problems linking the two families, ie Wilkinson and Bright together any help would be appreciated. I am willing to share the information I already have.
