Her funeral program stated that she was a member of St Francis Xavier Catholic Church for 40yrs and a member of St Agnes Catholic Church for 32 yrs. She was a memberof the Auxiliary of the Legion of Mary.

She was the mother of 15 children, one micarried and 4 died leaving her with 10 surviving children.

She was a cafeteria worker at McKinly Elementary School on East Bldv in Baton Rouge for 20 yrs.

Rabenhorst Fuenral Home was in charge of remains. Eunice is buried in the St Joseph Catholic Cemetary in Baton Rouge, LA.
