This site is dedicated to the memory of my beloved grandmother, Hazel Miriam Chartier Temmerman, who recently passed at the young age of 98 years. Nov. 27, 1899 to Jan. 30, 1998. Granny, we all loved you, and know you are tinkling the ivories for the angels; you finally found your perfect accompaniment. .............. Most of my ascendents came from France to Louisiana during the early 1800's, with mostly genealogically challenged surnames.
