Notes for James Frederick Wiggins: After Sarah's death, Frederick married her sister, Nancy Jane Smith. He is named executor along with brother-in-law, Wiley Smith, in his father-in-law, Gulielmus Smith's Will.....I do hereby Nominate and appoint Frederick WIGGINS and my son, WILEY SMITH, my Sole Executors to this my Last Will and Testament.
My wife's line also goes up to Thos Wiggins, Rev War Patriot, thru his son Frederick and his first wife, Sarah Smith. It is my understanding that your Harold (or Harrell) was the 5th child of Frederick and his second wife Nancy Smith (Jordan), who was the sister of Sarah Smith who died bef 1783. Frederick's will dated 5 Mar 1831, names his wife, Nancy and children, Nancy Bowdon, Gulielmus, John, Hundley, Harold, and Elizabeth.
