The Moreton & Hawkeswood Family

I am researching the history of my family, which at the moment is mostly on my paternal side, but hope to include my maternal side containing the names of CRANE and FELLOWS as more information becomes available to me.
MORETON - The Moretons have their roots in Leicestershire, and I have information going back to the 1500's at SWINFORD and it's surrounding areas. There is a branch of this tree that went to Utah, USA and I am currently trying to make contact with our American cousins.
My Line of of the family came from William Moreton b.1821 in Swinford whose occupation was a Miller-Journeyman and like his son Henry b.1846, who was also a Miller, they worked at various mills in the County of Warwick and this is how we came to be living in the Solihull area.
HAWKESWOOD - I have just started work on this part of the family and, although the Hawkeswoods are a much bigger family, it should be easier to research because they have their roots in BIRMINGHAM and there should be plenty of information available in the local libraries and record offices.
It appears that the Hawkeswood family all resided in the city centre and worked as fruiterers in and around the wholesale markets. The two families came together when Florence W. Hawkeswood b.1903 met and married Charles W. Moreton b.1883.
