| Great Grandparents, Robert Gray Hodges and Mary Sitz were married by a Catholic Priest, Father Feshan, someplace in Kentucky about 1880. Robert had been living in Monroe Co., KY, previous. Had been married and had two children who were living with an uncle, J. Turner in Barren Co., KY in 1880. Robert was not on the KY Federal Census in 1880. This is all the early information that I have on the Hodges' . Would like to locate a list of Catholic Priest who were in the locale of Monroe Co., KY during this period. I would like information on when and where they were married, and possibly get information from their marriage license. Mary Sitz (Sites) has been a mystery. Only thing known was she was a German lady and a Catholic. |
