Pittsburgh- Wesley O. Cole, 79, of 71 Oakwood Rd. Pittsburgh "formerly of Brave," died at 9 AM Friday, Dec. 26, 1980 at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh following an extended illness. He was born Aug. 18, 1901 in Wayne Township, and was a member of the Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Pearl Herrington Cole, whom he married Dec. 22, 1920. He was a retired employee of the Columbia Gas Co. He spent several years in Brave, and the past 40 in Pittsburgh. He is survived by a son, Harold Elmer Cole of Pittsburgh; a sister, Mrs. Lucy Rose of Brave; a granddaughter, Shareen; three grandsons, Gerald, Kenneth and Wesley, and one great-granddaughter. more: Friends of Wesley O. Saturday and from 2 to 4 P.M. and 7 to 9 P.M. Sunday. Services will be held at the funeral home at 11 A. M. Monday, Dec. 29, with the Rev. Bernard Shuey officiating. Burial will be in Greene County Memorial Park.
