Samuel Revis Moss (1804-1889) and Lydia Elvira McKnight (1827-1914) were married in Robertson County, Texas in 1847. They were the parents of 10 children: Hartwell, Sarah, Howell, Samuel Jr., William, Rachel, Ellen, Mollie, Georgia and Annie.
I am also planning to include information on allied families (ancestors of Samuel and Lydia). These families will include: Hunt, Knott, Burchette, Cobb(s), Bevin, Jordan, Turner, Tomlin, Reavis, Lundy, McKnight and Pickens. Also included will be the ancestors of Henrietta Maria Louise Waugh Moss--wife of Samuel Revis Moss Jr. Her family will include Waugh, Judge, Turley.
