Mrs. H. W. Peyton and Bill Jr came down to attend the funeral of Mrs. J. R. Squires of (Benchley, Route 1) Sutton. Mrs. Squires and Mrs. Peyton were cousins. We were certainly sorry to hear of Mrs. Squires' death. Your writer and family never heard the sad news until Monday, July 19. We were old friends and our parents, and grandparents were friends in the early days of the settling up of Robertson County and we extend our heart felt sympathy to her family and other relatives.
