Looking for a BRINKLEY/BENNETT connection.
Henry Francis Brinkley married a Julia Bennett Abt. 1865
in we think North Carolina. They are Both buried in Hartford
Arkansas. Brick Wall syndrome, I cant find anything else about
them.
We have alot of Indians in the tree, so research has been very
difficult. Indian surnames are TANDY, STEPP. My G Grandmother
was the Tandy, it has been said that she was a close cousin to
the Tandy's of Fort Worth Tx. She made regular visits to the
leather shop the Tandy brother's had.
My Grandmother was the Stepp, from Oklahoma. I believe there
are many cousins still living around Buffalo Valley, Oklahoma
but have made no contact as of yet.
