| WELCOME to Barbara Moudy's Ancestral Research Page! I've traced my family back 15 generations, to the early 1500's. I've documented almost 250 marriages and almost 800 relatives, with 240 different surnames. My 10th Great Grandmother is POCAHONTAS(her actual name was Matoaka), the Indian Princess of the Powhatan tribe who married John Rolfe and had one child named Thomas Rolfe. And was baptized as Protestant and took the name of Rebecca Rolfe. My ancestor's can be found in New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, Indiana, Oregon, Nevada and California.
