| I am research the family lines of the Webster Clan from Hampton which includes Lamprey, Laird, and Cook. I have been able to trace the Webster line as far back as 1634 when the Webster and Lampreys arrived from Ormesby, County Norfolk, England on the "James". The Muehlbach's arrived from Germany (the original name was spelled Muhlbach) the "e" was added to americanize the spelling. I am trying to locate information on a Lucien W. Cook from Chicago, and Robert Bruce Laird born 1828, servied in Revolutionary War in 1865. Any information will be gratefully accepted and shared. |
