      Dick was a very private person. The sad part is when his children were growing up, we talked nothing but about mothers side of the family. He married her at the age of 14, he paid money to her mother to marry her.

RICHARD LAKTZIAN
      Richard "Dick" Laktzian, 90, of Compers Homes, East St. Louis, died Sunday in St. Mary's Hospital, East St. Louis.
      Funeral services will be at 8 p.m. today in Officer Funeral Home, East St. Louis, where friends are calling.
      Survivors include his wife Alice; three sons Louis of Dearborn, Mich., George and Richard, both of East St. Louis; four daughters Mrs. Betty Hand and Mrs. Peggy Walker, both of East St. Louis, Mrs. Lucille Bartanian of Allen Park, Mich. and Mrs. Dixe Muse of El Cajon, Calif.
