I have just started to research families of my husband (Musselman)and myself (Tucker). I am currently trying to find more information about a Jacob Musselman who arrived Philedelphia on November 13, 1769, ship: Minerva, apparently from Switzerland although I believe he was German. He may have had children, at least a son name of Michael who could have been a father to Jacob Musselman b.6/16/1796-Northampton Co., PA .We have been able to trace ancestry from this second Musselman, but need more information to be certain of his predecesors.
