We are researching mainly on the Muse and Jackson familiesof Carroll County, GA, 1800's; and the Jacobs and Richards
families of Paulding and Gwinnett Counties, GA, early 1900's.
Also working on the Williams, Sharp, Brown, Folsom, Threadgill,
Hamilton, and Griffis relations on the Muse/Jackson side;
and the Queen, Martin, and Cline families on the Jacobs/Richards side.

The Muses came out of Virginia after the Revolutionary War,
through the Carolinas, and into Wilkes County, GA on bounty land
grants. The Jackson and Williams families seem to have been
moving along these same lines. The Richards family line may have
come out of Germany around the time of World War I.
I am stumbling on this one, as the information gets real sketchy!

I have excellent resouces nearby, but, unfortunately, little
time for such an engrossing hobby, and would appreciate anyone
with ties or information to these family lines sending your e-mail address.

I have found much information pertaining to these names,
though not always related to the same family as the one I'm working on.
I'm willing to share what I have and/or work together
with anyone else who may be researching similar surmanes.
