The Gregory A. Muziks of Kiel, WI.

I've been researching my families roots for several years. Although, during the past five years, there has been very little progress. However, my current plan is to continue this research at a more regular basis, as time permits. There is much information which is ready for submission to my family tree files.

To the best of my knowledge my father's (James J. W. Muzik, born August 6, 1921 in Milwaukee, WI) parents (i.e.; my grandfather: James Muzik, born in 1892 and grandmother: Norma "Emma A." Zahn, born December 12, 1897) both originated in Wisconsin.

My grandparents on my fathers side (James Muzik) parents [i.e.; my great-grandfather: James Muzik and great-grandmother: Marie Kucera] and (Norma "Emma A." Zahn) parents [i.e.; my great-grandfather: Edward Zahn and great-grandmother: Alvina Pottin] all came to the United States of America from Germany.

To the best of my knowledge my mother's (Beatrice M. Wessel, born January 21, 1923 in Milwaukee, WI) parents (i.e.; my grandfather: Erich E. Wessel and grandmother: Louise M. Petersen, born May 23, 1901) both also originated in Wisconsin.

My grandparents on my mothers side (Erich E. Wessel) parents [i.e.; my great-grandfather: Unknown at this time and great-grandmother: Unknown at this time] and (Louise M. Petersen) parents [i.e.; my great-grandfather: Peter Petersen and great-grandmother: Emma Jallas] all came to the United States of America from Unknown at this time (possibly Poland).
