I am researching the family lineage of James William Allen Rader and Emily Jane Gandee Rader of Gandeeville West Virginia. I know they had at least 3 children.....Lonnie (my grandfather) Otmer, and Goldie Mae. Lonnie married Roxie Somerville in 1921. They had 8 children, Ernie (who died at the age of 22 months), Marshall Eugene, Nellie, Jennings, Silas Gale, Lilas Dale (my mom), Doris Roselee, and Forrest Dewayne.
James William was the son of Isaac Martin and Melissa Elizabeth (Reed) Rader. Great Great Grandfather Isaac was a Civil War vet, but I cant find out any information on his record.
Roxie was the daughter of Joseph Henry and Elizabeth Hicks Somerville. Joseph Somerville's ancestors came from the Donegal area of Ireland.
