I am researching the NAHLEN and SEITER families.

My NAHLENs originated in the town of Zell-Kaimt (Zell, Mosel) in the Rheinland-Pfalz area of western Germany (West-Southwest of Koblenz, Germany, on the Mosel river)). Peter Nahlen and Elizabeth ?? had seven (7) children: Peter (1876), Florian (1883), John, Gretchen, Amalia (married ?? Reinisch)(son; Josef Reinisch), Michael (1882)(daughters; Grete and Josefine Nahlen Ochmann) and Martin.

Florian and Peter immigrated to the USA in 1901. Florian settled in Conway, Faulkner County, Arkansas. Peter settled in Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

The SEITERs originated in the Black Forest Region of Southwest Germany in the town of Steinback, Baden, Germany or Baden, Baden, Germany. Joseph Seiter (1805) and Balbina Veith (1812) had twelve (12) children: Karl Ludwig (1834-1840), Theresia (1835-1916), Helene (1837-1881), Peter (1839-????), Karl Ludwig (1840-1898), Bibiana (1841-1845), Gregor (1845-1845), Franziska (1846-1846), Franziska (1847), Ludwig (1849), Johanna (1853-1866) and Ignatz (1854).

Karl Ludwig and Peter immigrated to the USA in 1880. Karl settled in Scranton, Logan County, Arkansas. Peter settled in Oklahoma.

Any information would be greatly appreciated, and I am willing to share what I have.

I am looking forward to hearing from any of my relatives in the USA, Germany and Europe.
