Busbee & Birge Family and Relations; updated 2007

This is in memory of my Mom and Dad; Melvin and Ida Busbee. It's also dedicated to anyone we've ever loved and lost.

This research includes my family from Florida, Alabama, Georgia, the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Ireland, France, and the Isle of Fehmarn in the Baltic Sea. It's a work in progress, and I welcome info from cousins far and wide.

The Busbee Family Reunion is held each June in Children's Home, Alabama. And there's a Memorial Fish Fry in November for Melvin and Ida Busbee. This tribute is also becoming a sort of reunion where both sides of the families come together. It's held at Bear Lake near Baker, Florida.
