I am searching for the family name of Ensley. The name of Johnathan Jay Ensley (1834) comes from Indiana. He married Emily Hoyt Alexander (1842) from Vermont in 1854. Clarence Leo Ensley (1903) married Ruth Ellen Erickson (1908) in 1923 in Illinois. Much of the Erickson family history originates from Sweden. The family names in Sweden include Eriksson,Martinsson & Persson. When the family came to the United States the name Eriksson became Erickson. I have the history from Clarence and Ruth forward, but not much before that.
I am also searching for the name of Harold Forest Martin, Sr.(1900) from Crooked Tree, Ohio who married Sarah Dorothy Jones (1899)from Delaware in 1917 and Rebecca Jane Walters from Scotland who married Ithamer Martin in West Virginia around 1880. They were married in West Virginia.
