| I have been researching my Sisson family for many years; but have been unable to find anything prior to 1840 West Virginia. My ancestor is Samuel Sisson 1840-1906. His wife was Amanda Dickason; they were married in Illinois in 1861. They had nine sons and moved to Morris Co. Kansas 1879. Looking for his parents and/or siblings. The earliest Nation ancestor is James W Nation, born 1810 KY, married Delilah Ray in OH 1833. Died in 1886 OH. They had 13 children. I'm looking for any information on his parents/siblings also. I am willing to share any information and would appreciate any information you may have. |
