I am researching the Shaughnesy-Kavanagh family from Carlow County,Ireland.. I have researched in Tecumseh,Nebraska,Washington State and Wyoming.Both families arrived in New York about 1850-1851..lived in Bennington,Vermont for 7 years,moved to Elkhart,Illinois for about 10 years then on to Tecumseh,Nebraska,where they seperated to go West.
