WILL OF JOHN P. NEALON

To all whom it may concerned that I John P. Nealon being in a very low State of health, has this day made my Will as follows.  I will to my two sons Martin and William Nealon and my daughter Nancy Millier to them and their heirs the sum of one dollar each.

The remainder of my property after my lawful debts are paid, I will to my wife Mary and after her death, if there is any of my property left, it is to be eaqually divided between the remainder of my children, John and Thomas and Seleney E. Scallon, Millie S. Underwood and Elizabeth Langford, to them and their heirs for ever.
