To all whom it may concerned that I John P. Nealon being in a very low State of health, has this day made my Will as follows. I will to my two sons Martin and William Nealon and my daughter Nancy Millier to them and their heirs the sum of one dollar each.

The remainder of my property after my lawful debts are paid, I will to my wife Mary and after her death, if there is any of my property left, it is to be eaqually divided between the remainder of my children, John and Thomas and Seleney E. Scallon, Millie S. Underwood and Elizabeth Langford, to them and their heirs for ever.

I, REBECCA DALTON, ____________ first I desire all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid from the proceeds of my cattle. My loom with all fixtures belonging I give to my sister LUSINDA and all the rest of my property both real and personal and a negro girl named Catharine and my interest in the plantation that I now live on, being where my father lived and died and the remainder of my property to my mother ELIZABETH DALTON and at her death, I direct that the property be divided between my two sisters and my brother, viz. CALEB JACKSON DALTON, LUSINDA DALTON and NANCY DALTON and to my sister POLLY NEALON shall have $1. I appoint my neighbor JOHN GILKEY my executor. Wit: William Coston, Cela X Black.
