2. JOHN FRANKLIN² WARNER (BENJAMIN FRANKLIN¹) was born May 08, 1864 in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and died April 13, 1934 in Roane County, Tennessee. He married REBECCA A. VITATOE Abt. 1887, daughter of JOSEPH VITATOE and ELIZABETH HAYES. She was born February 23, 1862 in Tennessee, and died June 28, 1939 in Roane County, Tennessee.

Raymond (Paw) used to talk about how his Dad, John, walked to Tennessee from Bowling Green, Kentucky. He found work in the Roane Iron Mine.

Raymond Warner gave information on John's death certificate. Unfortunately, Raymond did not list John's parent's names. In that space are letters that look like DK - but are probably UK for unknown. Raymond also did not know John's birthdate, but stated that he was 72 years old at the time and was retired. Trade or profession was not listed. The doctor listed contributory causes of importance not related to principal cause as 93D. Anyone knowing what this means, please contact me!

Did this family go back to Kentucky while Rebecca was pregnant with Laura, if so , why? Did someone they were related to die? They apparantly were back within two years for the birth of Lillie.
