I called my cousin, Rick, about his mom, and he also gave me this information that I didn't want to loose so I'm writing it down here. He talked about his Dad having bought a small plane in Rhode Island - a Cessna 140A that had been damaged when the wind flipped it over in a storm. He remembers his Dad paying $3000 for it at the time. Ted fixed it up in their basement in Long Island, spending years working on it. After it was fixed and flying again, Rick learned to fly it, and the instructor asked if his Dad did a good job repairing it, and when Rick said "yes", the instructor took the plane in a loop. Ted sold it to a guy in Connecut. The number on the plane was N5628C. -Todd Neel
