Godett, George, Nguitte, Lewis, Barnett, Nolon families.

I am researching the African American Barnett, Lewis, Nolon, Godett, George and Nguitte family of Mississippi, North Carolina and the Central African Republic. I was able to find information concerning the Godett and George families of North Carolina that predates the 1900's if you are looking for the history of the George, Godett and/or other related families such as the Carters, Harmans, Driggers, etc., see link below labeled "Free black families in the antebellum south" I haven't been able to find any information on any of my surnames after the 1900's.
