I am gathering information on my family both past and present. any information that you may have I would appreciate very much. I'm especially interested in my native american lineage. Some of the names included are Sampson, Lumpkin, White, Martin, Proctor& Smith. They came from VA and GA to OK adn TX. It is said that one of Simpson Bredna Sampson's grandfathers is a Cherokee Medicine Man. On my mother's side is the Higgs and Griffin. They came from TN, SC, AL and MS to AR, OK and maybe TX.
