RESEARCH INTERESTS ANDERSEN & ADSERSEN: Tracing Danish lines of Lars ANDERSEN and Karen ADSERSEN who came from Graeske, Fredericksborgs. Karen b. 1803 m. 1822 in Graeske to Lars ANDERSEN, who was a musician. Children: Hans LARSEN Dorthe LARSEN, m. Soren WILLUMSEN. Anders LARSEN Karen LARSEN Adser LARSEN Jens LARSEN, m. Johanna Fredericka PEDERSDATTER. * Jens and Johanna Emmigrated out to NZ aboard the ship "ENGLAND" along with their children in 1875 however soon after arriving in Mauriceville West, NZ, two of the children: Lars Peder and Caroline died in the Kopruranga Scandinavian camp from TB. We wish to know if anybody has any family trees of ADSERSEN or any other information to add to the history on this Danish family. HALBERG: We are also researching a Swedish family, Magnus Jensen HALBERG and Ann Maria Larsen. Parents of Magnus were Jons Persson HALBERG and Nilla NILSDOTTER. Magnus was born 23 Mar 1834 in the parish of Kristinstad, Riseberga in Sweden. m. 11 Jun 1857 in the parish of Ferslev in Fredericksborg, Denmark to Anne Maria LARSEN. Magnus and Anne along with their children emmigrated out to Mauriceville in NZ on the "ENGLAND" along with Jens LARSEN. If anybody has any info on Magnus, his brothers and sisters or on how we can trace his parents we would like to know. We would greatly appreciate your help |
