| I am researching the Reinholt's of Monterey, Pulaski Co., Tippecanoe Twp., IN. Francis Reinhold and his second wife, Catherine emigrated from Breman to America in 1852 arriving in New York, NY. Two years later, his son, Valentine Reinholt and his wife Anna Margaret (Burgman) along with their five children emigrated from Austria. Before reaching the Port of New Orleans, three of their children died from cholora and were buried at sea. Sons, Ferdinand and John survived the voyage. Although I am researching the entire lineage from Francis Reinhold to the present day Reinholt, it is the Ferdinand F. Reinhold connection I am seeking. Ferdinand Reinhold married Emma Katharine Hoesel, daughter of Mr. Meichels and Elizabeth Hoesel. From their union the lineage I seek is from Edward Ferdinand Reinholt (Anna Laura Young), his son, Donald Edward Reinholt (Ruby Grace Beauchamp), his son, Donald Keith Reinholt (Carla Jean Chizum), and to his son, Scott Douglas Reinholt (Lisa Marie Wilkey). |
