The Nicolei-Bice-Henderson Family Home Page

I am currently researching the BICE/BUICE/BUIS family, primarily in the state of Alabama. I'm still looking for the connection between the Alabama Bices and those of Georgia and South Carolina. My wife's gg-grandfather was Elisha Bice (CSA veteran, of Coosa County, AL, who died in 1907). We have been unable to determine his parentage, as of yet.

I'm also working on my wife's ggg grandfather, Daniel C. Henderson, who married Diannah Johnson in Montgomery County, AL on 14 Jan 1827. His parents and his birthplace are unk. (Poss. GA or NC). This is the current focus of my efforts (and my biggest brick wall).

Other surnames I'm researching are SEWELL, INGRAM, RYLEE, DUNKIN and TERRY(All of AL).

In the Chicago area I'm researching the NICOLEI/NICOLAI, SMITH, MCGRATH, MUTH, ROHDE, STAMP and DASBACH surnames.

Any and all information will be appreciated and I'm willing to exchange GEDCOMs, group sheets, etc.
