* The Nichols Family Genealogy*

Updated November 22, 2006

This is research I have done on my Nichols family roots from medieval England and Wales to the early colonials in America and the present United States.

Although the family roots go back to the Normans who invaded England in 1066, I traced our family genealogy from King Henry II ("The Lion in Winter") and Eleanor of Aquitaine, through Edward I ("Longshanks") and immigrants to colonial America, and to our current family members living in the present day United States.

I would appreciate any additional genealogical information.

    The family tree contains ancestors from King Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine (The Lion in Winter) to current Nichols family members. It is still a work in progress.
