"The Duane E. Newton's of Haughton, LA"

I am constantly doing research on my Neuenschwander lineage. It has been quite challenging with the different variations of spellings of our surname. It is an ongoing process and I hope to take it as far back as possible. I was in Switzerland in 2001 and visited the area in which our line originated around Thun and Eggiwil in the Emmenthal Region outside of Berne. Beautiful country. We had a cousins family gathering in Ohio this past spring 2002 sharing more information. In our research we have found several more cousins doing the same and we plan another reunion this coming August in Ohio and will travel to Lancaster, PA for more research.
