Melissa's lost sheep:
Captain Jacob Fletcher. I am looking for any information on Jacob Fletcher who is listed in the membership roster of the Second Congregational Church in Greenwich, CT in the 1790's. His wife Elizabeth and daughters all became members. Children are: Ann, Mirilda, Elizabeth,Ruth Maria and Hannah. Ann Fletcher was the mother of Mirilda Timpany. I believe Jacob was married to Elizabeth Waring of Stamford, CT.

Michael Cox Timpany b. 9/23/1755 d. 10/25/1811 was married to Mary Mead b. 1758 d 2/14/1815 they lived in Greenwich, CT. Mary was the daughter of Obadiah Mead and Lois Todd. Am looking for Michaels parents.

Sarah Shelley (Shelly) b.@1776/7. Married to Jonathan Mosher of Nine Partners, NY. They were Quakers from RI. Sarah's mother was Betty Cunningham and father was William Shelley. Sarah lived in the North Castle, NY area. One of her children was James Moshier b. 1809. I wonder if Shelley could have been spelled "Soule" or some other derivative.

Bob's lost sheep: Joan Nimmo. I am searching for information on Joan Nimmo. She was the mother of Thomas Nimmo. Thomas died in Dalkieth Scotland on July 28, 1871. He was married to Elizabeth
Falconer Nimmo (1825-1897)and had 4 children that I know of (Joan 1848, Thomas 1850, Joan 1852 & Robert Falconer Nimmo 1857). His death certificate says he was illegitimate mothers name Joan Nimmo. I cannot find a birth certificate for Thomas but from his age on the death certificate he was born 1823.

Robert Falconer Nimmo married Margaret Fraser. I hope these names ring a bell for someone.
