I am researching the Artley family from Pa. The other names involved are Thomas, Miner and Carl.
Alice Miner 6/5, daughter of Peter Miner 5/1 and Rebecca Marks was a Twin sister to Emma Miner. Alice married Honorable W.C. Kerbaugh, who served as a State Representative at the Pennsylvania Capitol, Harrisburg, Pa.

Emma Miner 6/6, daughter of Peter Miner and Rebecca Marks was a twin sister to Alice Miner. Emma married Frank Magill and they had a large family. They relocated to Luzerne County where Frank died prior to 1911.
