Michael Mushrush of East Followfield Twp., Crawford County and State of Pennsylvania. In the name of God, I, Michael Mushrush, considering the Uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory. Blessed be almighty God for the same, to make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say. First, I give and commit my soul into the hand's of my creator who gave it, and my body to the earth to be interred in the family burying ground, at the discretion of my execution herein after after named. Then, I give and bequeath to my daughter inlaw Margaret Mushrush the farm she is now living on of 112 acres in South Shenango Twp.. Then, I give and bequeth into my second son John Mushrush, what is known as the Hawkin's farm, he is now living on in East Followfield Twp., of about 76 acres. Then, I give and bequeath to my third son George Mushrush the piece of land he now resides on of about 81 acres. Then, I give and bequeath to my fourth son Jacob Mushrush the farm he now lives on of abnout 81 acres together with the twenty five acres I have lately sold to him, Jacob, for $250., it's joining him on the east. Then, I give and bequeath to my fifth son David Mushrush, the farm he now lives on of about 81 acres. Then, I give and bequeath to my sixth son Michael W.S. Mushrush, the south half of the old farm he now lives on of about 100 acres. Then, I give and bequeath to my seventh son Robert Mushrush the north half of the old farm where I now live of about 100 acres with the appertanances there unto belonging. Then, I give and bequeath to my eldest daughter Eleanor Mushrush, now Eleanor Bramblee, the piece of land she now lives on of about 70 acres. Then, I give and bequeath to my second daughter Elizabeth Mushrush, now Elizabeth Unger, the 20 acres of land bounded on the north by Michael Miller and on the west by Alexander Miller, it being in Sadsbury Twp., and also $300. in money to be paid equally by my son's Michael W.S. and Robert Mushrush. Then, I give and bequeath to my third daughter Margaret Mushrush the 56 acres of land lying and being between the land I give to son's Jacob and David. Then, I give and bequeath to my grandson Jacob(George's eldest son) the sawmill together with about 4 acres of land there unto belonging when he attains the age of 20 years. The above named heirs to have and to hold the above described pieces and parcels of land known to all by the present bounded and placed?, to themselves, then heirs and assigns, executions or administrators. Then, I give and hereby inpower my executors hereafter named the sole power to sell and dispose, grant and convey, the 400 acres of land lying and being in German Twp., be the same more or less to anyone or more purchasing the same. And the proceed's of such sale together with all money, notes and book account's, after paying my debt's funeral expenses and costs of administrating to be equally divided between my son's James, John, George, Jacob, David, Michael W.S., and Robert, and my daughter's Eleanor, Elizabeth, and Margaret. And my son's Michael W.S. and Robert Mushrush is to keep, maintain clothes and ?, besides all other necessaries. My beloved wife Margaret Mushrush after my decease, if she shall survive me clean of all expense to the other heirs, and lastely, I hereby appoint Michael W.S. Mushrush and John Bramblee my sole executors of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this 26th day of August in the year of our Lord 1852, and revoking all former will's by me made. Michael Mushrush.

Lowndes Co., MS 1850 Census says:
His Real
Estate valued $500. He had 55 acre of improved land, 145 of unimproved
land, $500 cash value of farm, $20 cash value of farm equipment, 3
horses, 3 milk cows, 5 head of cattle, 10 swinem, $215 value of
livestock, 300 bushels of indian corn, 100 lbs of butrer, and $37 animal
slaughtered. On the census it says Coleman was born in AL, Martha 60 yrs
old born in AL, Martin 22 yrs old born in SC, Mary A. 20 yrs old born in
MS, James A. 6 months old and born in MS, and James L. Minor age 26 born
in AL.
Matthew Martin Minor's parents on the 1880 Lamar Co., AL census are to
be born in NC and SC, Martha's parents born in NC and SC.
