| I am researching Joseph W. Noose and Barbara Bagent and their families. They lived and raised their family on both sides of the Potomac River, in the Loudoun County, Virginia and Frederick County, Maryland area. I am looking for the parents and birthplace of Joseph W. Noose born February 8, 1824 or 1829 and his wife Barbara Bagent born on December 1824. They were married in Washington County, Maryland on September 24, 1849 and lived most of their lives in Loudoun County, Virginia. They are both buried in Virts cemetery, Sandy Hook, Maryland. The name Noose may also be spelled Noos, Nuse, Nuce, Nuice and Bagent may be spelled Bageant. Any and all information would be welcome on them and their families. |
