I am researching the family of my father, WILLIAM HOUSTON HALE, born Aug. 3 in Obion Co. TN. His father was JAMES MADISON HALE (1876-1907), also of Obion Co., TN. James M. Hale's father was SCOTT MCDONALD HALE (1854-1920). His wife was ISABELL FINLEY ((1850-1918). Scott's father was JAMES F. HALE of Alabama, born 1821, and Isabell's father was JAMES FINLEY, born 1820 in Tennessee. I am currently researching both Isabell and James Finley, as well as James F. Hale of Alabama. I am willing to share the information I have.
