This is the home page of Jim Nyfeler and his wife, Cathy Tennant Nyfeler. Interests include:
Radford High School, Honolulu, Hawaii reunion for the graduating class of 1960. Jim and Cathy are both members of the class. We are interested in contacting all other class members.

Nyfeler family genealogy.
1. Jim's grandfather, Johannes Nyfeler was born in Gondiswil, Bern, Switzerland in 1869. He immigrated to the US in 1893.
2. Family research on Losee and DeLang has taken me back to New Amsterdam in 1653.
3. Dodd family of Virginia, Georgia, and Texas
4. Vernon family of Quakers who immigrated with William Penn and then on to Virginia, Georgia, Alabama and Texas

Tennant family genealogy.
1. Cathy's grandfather, Michaux Tennant was born in Richmond, VA, USA in 1894. He joined the US Navy and became the Drum Major for John Phillips Sousa's Navy Band during and after World War I. He was better know as "the Peacock of the Navy".
2. Other Virginia families include Wade, Balfour of Jamaica and Scotland, Dickinson.
3. Barr family of Ireland and Pennsylvania.
4. McCann family of Ireland and Tennessee.
