This is the history of my family for which I gathered the pieces and constructed over the past two years. I came from a completely dys-functional blood group that never talked about family. My father Richard Douglas Shinn was a wife and child beater. We moved to Washington State when I was a year old so that my father could isolate my family. So, I started with nothing but my parent’s names. I made two trips to Idaho to discover my grandparent’s full names; I only knew their first and last names. I traveled to Nebraska, Utah and North Carolina in an effort to trace my family. The following document is the name tree I learned from rigorous research I performed. |
