| Then Henderson's started In Edinburg,Scotland,Then ended up in Brushy Creek, Texas, James Henry Henderson he was born in Attla County Mississippi,was Post Master in Brushy Creek, and was buried with full Masonic honors. My Great Grandfather was Tah Lon Tee Skee Uncle James Henry Brown led 839 people through the Trail Of Tears. My grandmother was Martha Hattie Henderson, she married George Green Barber, the correct spelling of the last name is Barbour, Great Grandfather George Washington Barber changed the name so he could join the confederate army at the age of 14. On my mothers side I am the decendant of James Wesley Caudle, even though it has been spelled many ways. My Great Great Grandmother was Mary Rebecca Elizabeth Caudle, She married William Pittman, my Great Grandmother was Della Julia Pittman, she married William Albert Jones and are buried in East Texas.I am also related to the Hills in Idabel,Ok. Ft.Towson,Ok,Broken Bow. I married William Bruce Oakes and Ralph T. Oakes family all came around Duncansville, Pa. I hope that you can find a link into my family, I have found alot here and always looking for more. I will be up dating it. So bare with me.
