| I am researching Wilson, Thompson, Craft, Fletcher, Cryer, Cooper, Mitcham, and Lofton families of Vernon Parish, Louisiana. The particular name that has me against a brick wall is Steven Thompson, married Leo Frances Lofton. There doesn't seem to be any record of him anywhere before he came to Vernon Parish, and the only record I have found of him is the marriage bond of him and Leo. Any help or clues to who he is and where he came from would be appreciated. |
