Notes for Ann Izoriah Martin: Ann Izorah Martin was born 14 October 1933 in the family home on Rexmere Rd. Baltimore, MD. She graduated from Friends School in 1951. She married John Raymond Allard in July 1953 at the US Naval Academy Chapel. They had one child, a daughter Karen Ann born 2 November 1954. John Allard was a 2nd Lt in the USAF and was a Pilot. He was killed 25 February 1955 and buried in Arlington Nat'l Cemetary. Ann remained in the Baltimore area after his death and in 1956 met Austin O'Brien. They were married 16 March 1957 , Baltimore MD and had 4 children. Austin adopted Karen in Oxnard, CA in 1957 and her birth records were altered to show him has her natural parent. Ann and Austin were married for 46 years 9 mos and 4 days and they travelled widely while serving in the US Navy. She was a strong Navy wife and endured long separations while Austin was at sea. She was a very good mother and devoted to keeping the family unit strong and together. They settled in Titusville upon retirement and remained there until Ann's death; 20 December 2003. She lived 70 yrs 2 mos 12 das. She was a class act and revered by her husband.
