Maurice Paul O'Brien (son of John J. O'Brien and Celia Ann Finn) was born 22 November 1896 in Belmont, MA, and died 13 August 1935 in Belmont, MA.
Notes for Maurice Paul O'Brien: Graduated form Belmont HS c1916. Attended Burdett Business School in Boston. Served in the US Navy during WWI on a troopship as Yeoman 2/c. Returned to Belmont and worked for his brother Joseph in the Taxi Service business. Also worked in the Town Clerks Office as a records clerk. Was Commander of the Local VFW Post and Legion Post and Grand Knight of the Local Council. Very political persona; knew everyone in the town. Had a very large funeral procession. Was the family "bon vivant". He died of cancer and lived 38 years 8 mos and 22 days.
