Grace Fovelle Gilson: Grace wrote in the Hemlock Pioneer records of 1961 that she was the organist for Saint Mary's Church in Hemlock, Mihigan, for about eleven years. She was educated t the "Lunney School" in Hemlock, Michigan. The school used to be on the S/E corner of Hemlock Road and Lunney Road in Hemlock, Michigan. It is now just a vacant parcel of farmland. Grace wrote she was taken to early mass at St. Mary's Church in Hemlock, Michigan, in a wagon or buggy driven by her father Bily Fovelle.
