Grace Fovelle Gilson: Grace gave the death datein the Hemlock Pioneer records for Billy Fovelle as November 28,1927. The posting in the Saginaw Herald Courier indicates the death date as December 2, 1927.
I also found a deed for private sale of the deceased Wm. FAVELLE to William Pahl and Augusta Pahl (husband and wife) for $25.00 for the Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter, Section Nine (9), town Twelve (12) North, Range Two (2) East, Richland Township, Saginaw County, MI. It was dated 16th day of January in 1929. The sale was by an Order made by the said Judge of Probate on the 25th day of January 1929 duly approved and confirmed, and I, the said administrator was directed and empowered to execute and deliver a proper conveyance of said Real Estate, so sold and disposed of at Private Sale to said William Pahl and Augusta Pahl the purchasers, thereof, agreeable to the Statute in such case made and provided. Now, Therefore, Know Ye, That by virtue and in pursuance of the said several orders and decrees above referred to, and in consideration virtue and in pursuance of the said several orders and decrees above referred to, and in consideration of the sum of Twenty Five Dollars paid to me the said administrator by the said William Pahl and Augusta Pahl, his wife, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I have sold and disposed of, and do hereby grant, sell and convey unto the laid William Pahl and Augusta Paul, his wife, as husband and wife, their heirs and assigns, FOREVER, all the estate, right, titles and interest of the said William Favelle, deceased, in and to the following described land, to-wit: Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter, Section Nine (9), town Twelve (12) North, Range Two (2) East, Richland Township, Saginaw County, MI. The administrator of Wm. Favelle's estate was Edward GILSON.
I haven't checked to know if this was the full parcel of land that Wm. Favelle owned or a portion of it. Interesting huh?
